Added a dual hook swivel as well as the pole with stake and horizontal arm (purchased separately both from Amazon)…very happy so far. I wanted the ribbon streamer to deter birds from pooping on my wire enclosed berry garden houses. The ribbon streamer is as cute as a button and my husband said it doesn’t look like cluttered garbage yard decor. We’ve had two days of gale winds up here on the Great Lakes….I’ll up date if it falls apart. My only issue is it hangs a little below the roof of the berry garden house when there is no wind and I wanted it off the structure…totally thought there would be enough space and there is this just hangs lower. I will have to see if I can shorten the initial cord at the ring. The horizontal arm of the post used to hang this and this ribbon windsock popped off. I could not determine breakage may have just been wet from rain. No staining so far. Weeks later, stil attractive and entact, no staining of the ribbon. The leather cord though tied up for shorter lengths continues to stretch and the all wet ribbons after a rain weigh down the fiberglass pole. Had to secure the pole to the garden house because it will flex over a foot sideways in heavy winds. Otherwise, sweet. Had a few harvests and so far all is well.
